Services · build once · no subscription · no lock-in

What it can do, what it brings, how it runs.

Concrete use cases instead of buzzwords. What used to be ten days of manual work is often one today — because my AI pipeline does the manual work and I check and sign off every line personally. Once it is built, everything belongs to you. Maintenance comes on top if you want it — cancellable monthly.

Why this takes so much less effort today

A factor of ten — not in risk,
but in effort.

AI writes code, copy, tests and documentation in a fraction of the time. What matters is who plans, who checks and who carries the responsibility. That is me — with 18 years of database and process experience, at the Otto Group among others.

Before · classic ≈ 10 days

One custom function: concept, programming, testing, documentation — days of manual work, billed by the hour.

Today · with an AI pipeline ≈ 1 day

The same function: AI delivers the draft in hours, I check it, harden it and sign it off. I pass the time advantage on.

What stays the same The judgement

What gets built, what goes live and what you had better leave alone is decided by a human being with an understanding of the process — not by the machine.

The full potential

The biggest savings rarely sit in the AI itself but in the process around it — data typed in twice, lists passed between two programs, knowledge inside one person’s head. Anyone who sees the whole IT landscape and the processes gets value out of the very first meeting and then really saves once we work together. That is exactly my job.

The starting point

Understand first, then build.

Half a day on your real workflows — afterwards you know where AI saves you money, and in which order.

Build once instead of renting forever

What I build for you belongs to you.

Many providers earn from the subscription, not from the solution. I do it the old way: build it properly once, then the matter is settled. Running costs only arise if you want ongoing care — and you can end that any month.

  • Fixed price in writing up front — paid after acceptance.
  • Full source code, all credentials, documentation belong to you.
  • No licence per user, no revenue commission, no forced subscription.
  • Maintenance optional — updates, monitoring, a short line to me; cancellable monthly.
  • Developer replaceable at any time — built so that anyone can take over.
  • Loyalty through usefulness, not through a contract. Most people stay anyway.

Frequent questions

About working together.

Why is this so much less effort than it used to be?

Because my AI pipeline does the bulk of the manual work: code, copy, tests, documentation. I plan, check and personally sign off every line. What used to take days now takes hours — and I pass that time advantage on.

Do I have to sign a maintenance contract?

No. You pay for the implementation once, after that everything belongs to you. Maintenance is an offer, not an obligation: cancellable monthly, with no minimum term.

Can I change developer later?

At any time. I deliberately build so that any other developer can take over.

What does it cost?

That depends on the scope. After a short, free conversation you get a fixed price in writing — before anything happens. For work on site see travel expenses.

What about training and ongoing AI support?

There are separate formats for that: the AI Day under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, the Operator for ongoing support and implementation for larger projects with a fixed price per milestone.
