You pay for the solution once, after that it belongs to you: full source code, all credentials, documentation. Technology does need care, of course — which is why I offer maintenance (Hosting care, updates, security checks, backups, small text changes). It is cancellable monthly.
You can leave at any time and change developer — I deliberately build so that anyone else can take over. Loyalty should come from usefulness, not from a contract.

What gets asked beforehand.
What does a website cost with you?
That depends on the scope — but honestly, far less than in the agency days, because the AI pipeline does the manual work. You get the binding fixed price in writing after a short conversation, before anything happens.
Do I need the maintenance?
Not necessarily. A native site without plugins runs without it. With WordPress I do recommend it, because of the security updates. Cancellable monthly, no multi-year contract.
Can I move to another provider later?
At any time. Code, domain and credentials belong to you; you take everything with you.
