Trial run
The AI drafts in parallel with you. We compare and sharpen it up until the drafts fit.

Handover with documentation and credentials. Maintenance optional — cancellable monthly.

You pay for the solution once, after that it belongs to you: full source code, all credentials, documentation. Technology does need care, of course — which is why I offer maintenance (Price and catalogue upkeep, adjustments for new services, updates, monitoring). It is cancellable monthly.
You can leave at any time and change developer — I deliberately build so that anyone else can take over. Loyalty should come from usefulness, not from a contract.

What gets asked beforehand.
Does this work for complicated quotes too?
For standard and repeat quotes it works very well. For custom work the AI delivers a solid rough draft that you complete — that still saves half the time.
Do we have to change our software?
No. The solution docks onto what you already have — Excel, a catalogue PDF or an ERP system.
How safe are our prices?
Your price lists stay in your hands. On request the AI runs locally or at a European provider with a data processing agreement.
