Artificial intelligence that never leaves your building.
Minutes, incoming post, the knowledge of those about to retire — the paperwork that comes round every week and gets nobody anywhere. We build systems that take it on: on your own hardware and as your property. You are not renting access.
You know this
The tasks are done.
Writing them up is what costs the time.
In almost every town hall there are a handful of jobs nobody likes doing and which come round every week regardless. They are not difficult. They only cost time — time from people you have too few of anyway.
Minutes of meetings are typed up in the evening. Incoming post travels through three departments before it lands in the right place. Procedural knowledge goes into retirement without anyone having written it down. Information for citizens is needed in another language, and nobody has time for it. On top of that the well-founded reservation about cloud services — rightly so, because a residents’ registration matter does not belong on someone else’s servers.
Four applications that fit into any administration.
Each one can be done on its own, none of them is a major project. The human being checks and approves — the machine prepares.
A recording goes in, a structured draft comes out.
The recording of a council meeting or a conversation becomes a properly structured draft with agenda items and resolutions. Checking and approval work exactly as before — only without the typing up. The recording never leaves the building.
Letters are assigned, with a draft reply attached.
Incoming post is read, assigned to the right department and supplied with a draft. Above all that saves the journeys a wrongly assigned enquiry otherwise makes through the building. Your people are the ones who sign.
Before the experience goes into retirement.
When long-serving staff leave, procedural knowledge leaves with them. It can be collected, ordered and made searchable beforehand. Successors find answers instead of asking colleagues who are no longer there.
One approved text, and from it plain language and translations.
From a single approved master text come a plain-language version and translations — changed once, up to date everywhere. In a manufacturing business this is already running in five languages.
We are not a cloud provider.
That is a decision, not a shortcoming.
Renting access is convenient — until it is not. These five points decide whether an administration stays able to act, and that is why we build differently.
Whoever makes the rules changes them.
A cloud provider can swap out its model, discontinue functions or change terms at any time. For an administrative process that has been checked and documented once, that means the ground shifts underneath a running procedure. What sorted things reliably yesterday does it differently today — without anyone on your side having changed a thing. A process whose quality nobody can guarantee permanently is not a process. It is a risk that you carry and the provider does not.
“Servers in the EU” does not mean “provider from the EU”.
Many services that advertise a European server location technically run on Amazon, Microsoft or Google. The location is European, the corporation behind it is not — and behind that hangs a chain of sub-processors that you neither know nor control and that can change without anyone asking you. We build on hardware in your building, on our own data centre or on German locations such as Nuremberg. That we run one of our own is precisely the point: we do not rent our foundation from a corporation whose terms we cannot negotiate ourselves. No chain, no corporation in the background, no legal situation that can shift politically.
A cancelled contract is a problem. Without your own knowledge it is a crisis.
Anyone who outsources a process outsources the knowledge with it. If the service provider cancels, triples the price or gives up, you are left not only without a solution but without the ability to replace it. Special termination rights do not help against that: they get you out of the contract, but not back into the ability to act. Administrative action, however, must not pause — the decision still has to go out next month. That is why with us you get the system, the source code, the credentials and the training that puts your people in a position to run it themselves.
A flat rate per year, fixed in advance.
Software that runs needs care: security updates, new requirements, occasionally an adjustment because a regulation has changed. We bill that neither by effort nor by usage but as a flat rate per year — the amount is fixed in advance and is a single, predictable item in your budget. In return the system stays current, secure and operational. And because it belongs to you, you decide what is changed and when — not we, and no manufacturer rolling out an update.
Rented access is never paid off.
Anyone paying for permission to use a system pays permanently — the fee grows with usage, burdens the administrative budget and has to be justified anew every year. With us the build is an investment: one-off at a fixed price, predictable, depreciable, owned by your municipality and often eligible for funding. You can add ongoing care — we usually even recommend it. But it pays for work on your system, not for entry to ours. That is why you can end it without anything grinding to a halt.
We reduce risk instead of shifting it. No user licences, no tiered prices per workstation, no right of access that somebody else can cancel. You get a system that belongs to you, and staff who can handle it. What you pay afterwards is an annual flat rate for upkeep — care, not rent. That is the difference between dependency and independence.
We do not hide behind the cloud.
Most AI providers deliver an access code and a billing account. We come into the building — with tools. That is possible because our two fields complement each other: one of us builds the hardware, the other the programs that run on it.
Laying cables and cutting channels into walls. Procuring, pre-configuring and installing hardware. Setting up and securing servers. Building the software that runs on them. Training your people until they can work with it. One point of contact for everything — instead of an electrical contractor, a systems house and a software house declaring each other responsible when something breaks.
This is not a sideline but the origin: the business is registered with the Chamber of Skilled Crafts of Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate and can be looked up there publicly. A skilled trade business that builds artificial intelligence — that exact combination is why nobody here points you to a third party.
Managing director
Infrastructure, hardware and networking.
He runs our own data centre and is responsible for everything to do with networks, hardware and the server room — as a Ubiquiti Certified Partner also for the network technology that is already in use in many administrations. His trade is the orderly construction and operation of such installations, learned in service with the German armed forces, where server rooms, networks and operational security are not a side issue but the job. Where your data is not to sit in your own building, we use German locations, for example in Nuremberg.
Managing director
Software, data and artificial intelligence.
14 years of databases and reporting at the Witt Group (Otto Group), self-employed since 2008 with 313 projects. Manager for Applied AI Transformation (IHK), IT Specialist in Systems Integration (IHK), member of the Alliance for Cyber Security run by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). He is responsible for the programs that run on the hardware.
What we build, we built for ourselves first.
Inventory management, complete ERP systems, product information systems, document processing, control systems and reporting — all developed entirely in-house and in daily use. We do not configure somebody else’s software whose inner workings we do not know. We build the system, and that is why we can also change it when your requirements change.
Open standards instead of closed products.
We work with the same technology that large data centres run on: Linux servers, containers, open interfaces, openly available language models. No product that only a single manufacturer is allowed to develop further, no licence keys billed per workstation. If the number of users grows sharply, more computing power may be needed — an additional licence never. Anyone who wants to check this gets the documents in advance — your IT department likes reading that sort of thing before the first meeting.
Adjustments in days, not in quarters.
A form changes, a regulation is added, a workflow is meant to run differently. With a standard product that lands on a wish list. With us it is an appointment: we sit down with you on the matter, change it and deliver it documented — unbureaucratically, but fully traceable.
The legal questions come before the technology.
With us they are answered beforehand.
We supply the documents your data protection officer is going to ask for anyway — before they ask.
With local operation the data stays in your responsibility.
No transfer to third parties arises, because no third party is involved. For our own activity we conclude a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. We supply the input for your record of processing activities and, where necessary, for the data protection impact assessment. The final assessment is made by your data protection officer — we give them the basis for it.
AI literacy has been mandatory since February 2025 — for public bodies too.
Article 4 of the EU regulation on artificial intelligence requires every body deploying AI to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among its staff. Your people have long been working with such tools; the only question is whether with rules or without. For that evidence there is a documented training day on your premises which records the content and the attendance.
The machine does not issue decisions.
All workflows are constructed so that a human being checks and approves before anything takes effect. That is not a setting which can be clicked away but part of the build. This keeps responsibility and discretion where administrative procedure requires them.
The AI Day: documented evidence of AI literacy under Article 4 →
Small, clearly defined, without a tender procedure.
No major project on spec and no framework agreement you cannot get out of again.
1. One appointment at your premises, 45 minutes, free of charge. We look at a single one of your procedures and tell you what is possible with it today — and what is not. 2. A clearly delimited first assignment at a fixed price, for example the minutes assistant. In our experience it is of an order of magnitude that can be awarded as a direct contract; you know the threshold that applies to you better than we do. 3. Only afterwards do you decide whether a second step follows. There is nothing the first step commits you to.
The public sector is looked after by ResultOS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), local court Weiden i.d.OPf., HRB 6167 — the managing directors are Deniz Fritsch and Matthias Eger. Trade work on site is carried out by the business registered with the Chamber of Skilled Crafts of Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate under no. 9351. That gives you one point of contact for management, hardware, software and training. References from the public and semi-public sector — schools, day-care centres, clinics and associations — are named on request, as soon as the institutions concerned have agreed.
Frequent questions
What administration, IT and data protection settle beforehand.
Does the AI run in the cloud?
No. Processing runs on hardware in your own rooms, in our own data centre or at a German location such as Nuremberg — you decide which. Purely local operation works without an internet connection as well — you can pull out the network cable and it carries on working.
Do we pay a monthly fee?
Not for the system itself — you commission its construction and receive it as property, with the complete source code and all credentials. No user licences, no tiered prices per workstation. You can commission ongoing care in addition; the difference is that it can be cancelled without your operation coming to an end. You pay for work on your system — not for permission to use it.
What does the ongoing upkeep cost?
A flat rate per year, the amount of which is fixed in advance — security updates, upkeep and the adjustments that normal operation brings with it. Billed neither by effort nor by usage, so that you have a single predictable item in your budget. Cancellable: the system carries on running afterwards, it simply no longer receives upkeep from us.
What happens if we end the collaboration?
Nothing. The system carries on running, because it belongs to you and runs on your hardware. Source code, credentials and documentation are with you, your staff are trained. Any other IT service provider can take over.
Which technology do you use?
Linux servers, containers, open interfaces and openly available language models — the same foundation large data centres work on. No closed products with licence keys. Your IT department gets a technical overview before the first meeting.
How much hardware do we have to buy?
For a start a single machine with a suitable graphics card is usually enough. We settle the scope and the specification after the first review — before the purchase, not after. You can procure the hardware yourself; we set it up.
Does the AI decide about citizens?
No. All workflows are built so that a human being checks and approves. The systems prepare, sort and suggest — they do not issue decisions.
