AI in the team · knowledge, translation, work instructions
Your company knowledge — on request, in seconds.
“How did we do it for customer X again?”, “Where is the instruction for machine 3?”, “Can you put that into Romanian?” — an internal assistant answers questions like these from your own documents, with the source named. If you need it to, it runs entirely on your premises.
What it does for you
The benefit — concretely.
- New staff find answers themselves instead of interrupting colleagues.
- Translate confidential documents in-house without tipping them into the open internet.
- Every answer with a source — verifiable instead of invented.
- No cost per user: the whole team uses it for the same price.
What is included
This is part of it.
- Selection and preparation of the documents
- Setup of the assistant (local or EU cloud)
- Browser access, with permissions per department on request
- Guard rails: what the assistant may do and what it may not
- Briefing, usage rules under the EU AI Act, full source code
How it runs
Four steps — you know in advance what happens.
Review the knowledge
Which documents, which questions, who is allowed to see what? Result: scope and fixed price.
Build
The documents are prepared, the assistant is set up and tested with real questions.
Pilot with the team
Two weeks in daily work with a small group — the gaps get closed.
Handover
Release for everyone, usage rules, documentation, credentials. Maintenance optional.
Maintenance yes — dependency no.
You pay for the solution once, after that it belongs to you: full source code, all credentials, documentation. Technology does need care, of course — which is why I offer maintenance (Adding new documents, model updates, monitoring, sharpening the guard rails). It is cancellable monthly.
You can leave at any time and change developer — I deliberately build so that anyone else can take over. Loyalty should come from usefulness, not from a contract.

Frequent questions
What gets asked beforehand.
Does this really run without the cloud?
Yes, if you want it to. Current open models run on a machine in your building. For many businesses a European provider with a data processing agreement is enough too — I recommend what fits your data.
Doesn’t AI make things up?
That is why the assistant answers only from your documents and shows the source. If it finds nothing, it says so.
Do we need training for it?
A short briefing is enough. Anyone who wants to meet the training obligation under Article 4 of the EU AI Act properly combines it with the AI Day.
