The starting point · half a day on site or by video
Where does AI really save money in your business?
Most savings are not hidden in the AI but in the process in front of it: data typed in twice, Excel lists passed between two programs, quotes someone writes in the evening. I look at that with the eye of an IT specialist and of a process person — and you leave with a prioritised list, not with slides.
What it does for you
The benefit — concretely.
- You know which 3–5 workflows eat the most time — with estimated hours per week.
- You get an honest order of play: what works right away, what pays off later, what you should leave alone.
- Where a cheap off-the-shelf tool is enough, that is what it says — even though I earn nothing from it.
- A look at the whole IT landscape: interfaces, data storage, dependencies, risks.
What is included
This is part of it.
- Preliminary call (30 min) to prepare
- Half a day with you and the people who do the work
- Recording of the workflows and of the software in use
- Written list of measures with effort, saving and priority
- Effort estimate for the first implementation steps
How it runs
Four steps — you know in advance what happens.
Preliminary call
In 30 minutes we settle which areas we look at and who should be there.
Half a day in the business
You show me how the work really runs today — on a real case, not on an org chart.
Result in writing
Within three working days: list of measures with effort, saving and order.
Your decision
You implement it yourself, with me or with somebody else — the list is yours.
Understand first, decide afterwards.
The result belongs to you. Whether, when and with whom you implement it is your decision — the list of measures is written so that any other service provider can work with it too.

Frequent questions
What gets asked beforehand.
Is the check worth it for small businesses as well?
Especially there. In a business with five to twenty people, one hour saved per day shows up immediately. We often find something in the first meeting that pays off straight away.
How is it different from the free initial assessment?
The initial assessment is 30 minutes on the phone with three starting points. The check is half a day on your real workflows, with a written list of measures, effort and order — the basis for a decision.
Do I have to place an order with you afterwards?
No. The list of measures is yours — you implement it yourself, with me or with somebody else.
